Clearly according to the plan: in 35 regions of the Russian Federation began to actively distribute the summons - the human rights activist

According to Pavel Chikov, the second wave of mobilization is not yet referred to, but most of the issues are summoned to the military assembly, which can be held only after the presidential decree. The Russians began to actively receive summons. The process has been observed in at least 35 regions of the Russian Federation. This was stated yesterday, March 15, by the head of the International Human Rights Group "Agora" Pavel Chikov. Chikov cited a list of 35 regions where the summons were sent.

Among them are Moscow, St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Moscow, Belgorod and Murmansk regions, Altai, Perm, Krasnoyarsky and Krasnodar Territory. He did not explain where this data came from, but, according to him, the second wave of mobilization is not discussed. The human rights activist explained that by law, the authorities can call the military enlistment office "for clarification" if the citizen does not report to change his data within two weeks.

They can also be called during the military meeting. "The most issues are raised by military assemblies, which can only be held after the Presidential Decree. There was no such decree at least not published," he said. One of these narratives demanding "to clarify the documents of military accounting" tried to hand over the correspondent edition of "New Newspaper Europe" in Moscow.

We will remind, yesterday, March 15, a similar information appeared in the Russian media, but it was about 15 regions of the Russian Federation. Residents of Voronezh region began to receive the first summons. The stated goal is to update military accounting data. Employers were warned of the obligation to release employees on the awarded summons. It should be reminded that on March 6, the American Institute of War Study wrote about the Kremlin's return to the "silent mobilization" of the Russians.
