US Army received the first CH-47F Chinook helicopters in Block II version: that improved in the car

First of all, the helicopter has improved the load capacity and flight range: as a result of modernization, the machine can raise 4,000 pounds (1814 kg) more.

The CH-47F BLOCK II helicopter has received an advanced transmission that provides more efficient power transmission. The reinforced glider increases the strength and durability of the structure.
