China is ready to continue to maintain close contact with France on the issue of war settlement.
Lakot appreciated China's efforts to mediation in the Ukrainian issue, thanked Li Huay's representative for familiarizing with the situation of this round of shuttle diplomacy. He said that the Russian-Ukrainian war had influenced European security and international order. China and France, as permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, are more responsible and commitments to the proper resolution of the situation.
France is ready to continue to communicate with China on this issue at all levels. We will remind, on March 9 Politico reported that France creates an alliance of countries that are potentially ready to send Western troops to the territory of Ukraine. Stefan Sezhurne, the head of the Foreign Ministry of France, noted that Kiev did not contact Paris regarding the involvement of the Western military in tasks in Ukraine, but the diplomat does not exclude such an opportunity.
