"Found what to save": Ukrainians are asked to return the abolished prizes to the military (petition)

The author of the electronic appeal believes that it is impossible to cut cash payments to Ukrainian fighters when the country is waiting for another offensive by the Russian Federation. Citizens of Ukraine ask President Vladimir Zelensky to return the canceled cash prizes in the amount of 30 thousand Ukrainian soldiers outside the war zone. The corresponding electronic petition appeared on January 31 on the official website of the Head of State. The author of the appeal to Zelensky was Vira Rusin.

The woman believes that now is not the best time to cancel cash payments to Ukrainian fighters. "I ask the servicemen to return the premium of 30 000 UAH. We have found something to save on! You will increase the wages and reduce the military," the author of the electronic document is indignant. According to her, such a decision cannot be considered timely, especially considering the risk of recurrence of the Russian Federation.

"We ask the event about weapons and equipment, and at the same time we cross the wallets of the country's defenders?" Asks Rusina. The woman also reminds that last summer an electronic petition with a request to review the cash payments to the Armed Forces from 30 thousand to 50 thousand and from 100 thousand to 150 thousand gained the necessary 25 thousand votes, after which it was transferred to the Head of State.

However, the government has made a "diametrically opposite solution" in the government, says the author of a fresh appeal. "You cannot get into the pocket of those on whom it depends today, whether the state will be able to keep," Rusina sums up. At the time of publication of the news, her petition gained 3,021 votes from 25 thousand necessary for consideration by the President.

We will remind, today, on January 31, the security forces of Jobron of Ukraine in their joint statement reported a change in the procedure for accrual of additional payments to the Ukrainian military. From February 1, the cash remuneration will depend directly on the areas of stay of fighters, complexity and specificity of their combat or special tasks. The Cabinet also spoke about future changes. The government noted that the decision was made to optimize the state budget expenditures.
