Ukraine will change the Crimean Deoccupation Strategy: Danilov voiced details (video)

According to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, the approach to resolving the issue should be changed, taking into account current events in Ukraine. The document now states that the peninsula should be released political and diplomatic. Given all the events that take place in the territory of Ukraine, it is necessary to change the Crimean Deoccupation Strategy. These changes should be voted at a meeting of the National Security Council.

This was stated by NSDC Secretary Alexei Danilov on the national telephone. According to him, in 2021, on March 24, President Vladimir Zelensky's decree "On the Strategy of Deoccupation of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" was released. The document stated that it was necessary to resolve this issue political and diplomatic way. However, as Danilov noted, given all the circumstances that take place in Ukraine, you need to review the strategy and make changes to it.

After the NSDC vote, President Zelensky must issue either a new decree or amend the strategy previously accepted. He also stated that a large number of Ukrainian citizens who are now in the occupied Crimea will be pleased to meet the Armed Forces, and some are even ready to help. "There is nothing conspiracy, we work with the relevant documents to meet the interests of our country and meet the interests of our country's citizens," Danilov added.

Earlier, the NSDC secretary wrote on Twitter that it was time to review the strategy of liberation occupied by the Crimean Peninsula by the Russians, since it is now a few others. However, what specifically is about - did not specify. In addition, Danilov explained why Kiev does not break the relationship with Belarus. The Russians do their best for the RB army to invade Ukraine with them. And Kyiv, according to the NSDC Secretary, tries to prevent this operation and avoid "provocations".
