Finland has completely closed the border with Russia (map)
Until recently, only one border point remained open in Finland after the government has closed the seven others because of the influx of migrants from the Middle East and Africa. Helsinki accuses Moscow of purposefully accompany the migrants to the border. The American Analytical Center "The Institute of War Study" called the Kremlin's strategy "hybrid war" tactics. Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen announced that the border would be closed by December 13.
