Victory Plan of Ukraine: Zelensky declared online meetings with the Russian Federation

Ukraine is actively working on the development of the Victory Plan. Three points have already been prepared, and in early November the whole document will be ready, the President said. The Victory Plan of Ukraine will be available to all countries, including Russia, which should be at the second world summit. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this during a meeting with journalists on September 20, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"We stated that they are ready to see Russia at the second summit of peace, because all our allies, including the closest ones, which are on our side and always against Russian aggression - everyone said that Russia should be at the second summit. Because Russia is fighting against Ukraine. Not Maybe without one of the parties to be the end of the war, ”Zelensky said. He added that Ukraine is actively working on the Victory Plan now.

Three points have already been prepared and online format meetings have taken place. "There will still be offline and online meetings. And as we said in early November, the whole plan will be ready. It will be a start and foundation for talking in any format with Russia," the president assured. Zelensky also noted that the Victory Plan envisages rapid and specific steps of strategic partners of Ukraine.
