The service was stopped after the full -scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. This was announced on January 4 by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov on Telegram.

"Help confirms that you are the owner of the real estate. For example, the help can be ordered before renting an apartment to make sure that you really remove the home from a real owner. It will also be needed to further evaluate and refund the property damaged or destroyed by Russian invaders," by a reporting official. Fedorov notes that nearly 1 million Ukrainians used a full -scale invasion of the service, a month from the launch of the service in "Action" received almost 18 thousand times.

After February 24, the registers were suspended for safety. From May 2022 they have been working again, now the help can be obtained in just a short period of time. "Action" is a mobile application, a webportal and a digital state brand in Ukraine, developed by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. "Action" was first introduced in 2019 and was officially launched in 2020.
