Aircraft can have more than 1000 kg of explosives, but it is difficult to intercept the ammunition from the front line from the front line. This requires either F-16 or Patriot. The Russian army began to use more massively controlled air -label weighing 500 or more kg. The spokesman of the Air Force Command Yuri Ignat explained how dangerous the new weapons of the enemy. For strikes, Russian planes do not even approach the target that will attack. Ignati notes.

that this is a new threat that needs to be responded to. The planning bombs themselves are not something new. The enemy dumped small Kab-20l, 50l and other unmanned ammunition. However, large wings bombs appeared in Russian troops at the end of winter. The bomb target is GPS. They are launched from Su-34 and Su-35. Wings allow them to be used as well as winged rockets with a huge mass of explosive. One winged bomb is able to overcome 50-70 km.

In Avdiivka, the occupiers use the UPAB-1500B for strikes on the defensive positions of the Armed Forces. In such ammunition, the explosive is 1010 kg with a total weight of 1500 kg. Russian development is analogous to the American JDAM, but it was not used until the winter of 2023. The development was first shown in 2019. The heaviest blow the invaders on the night of March 24 in the frontline areas of Sumy region.

The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation used 11 winged aircraft, which have 500 kg of explosives. According to Ignati, the bombs can be intercepted by long -range air defense products or Western fighters that could destroy Russian aircraft before the shells are launched. Currently, the situation is that Ukrainian complexes cannot intercept the bomb because their range reaches a maximum of 75 kg, which will require the installation of the C-300 directly on the front line.

In this case, the SPR will be the target for the Russian troops. "Farbring air air defense and aviation are modern aircraft that will be able to drive away Russian aviation from our borders," says Yuri Ignat. Such a long -range complex will be Patriot or SAMP/T, they are able to intercept targets within 150 km. However, the best option, according to Ignati, will still be F-16 with AIM-120 missile. Some of the modifications of rockets are capable of reaching targets up to 180 km.
