Satellite images show that there was a military base under the blow. OSINT analytics said that a Russian anti-aircraft missile complex stood on the destroyed facility. On July 21, a military base was attacked in the village of Novostepovo, Dzhankoy district. On July 25, a Telegram channel with OSINT Analysis "Eye Mountain" published the effects of a blow. Satellite images indicate a hit on the repair base. Photo of 2022 shows that there was the technique of Russian invaders.

Analysts noted that the affected base provides repair of equipment used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in Kherson and Zaporizhzhya.
