Mobilization is not for everyone: who will not be taken away to the Armed Forces

The legislation defines the list of conscripts who cannot be mobilized against their will. However, such citizens can go to the army at their own request. Ukraine continues in Ukraine, declared after the start of the full -scale war of Russia against Ukraine. The Law on Mobilization Training and Mobilization contains a complete list of conscripts who are not subject to conscription.
