They postponed it before the so -called presidential imitation elections. After this election, the issue of new mobilization can be re -updated," Yusov assures. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation plans to amend the medical examination of citizens who have "diseases that do not significantly affect the ability to perform military service.
