Ukrainians must pay a fine within 15 days after the relevant resolution. In case of appeal, the person will have 15 days to report the complaint without satisfaction, noted in the Ministry of Justice. Construction citizens who did not update their military accounting data by July 16 will receive a fine of 17 thousand to 25,500 UAH. The Ministry of Justice told TSN. ua if this amount would double in case of its non -payment.

Department Director Maxim Kiselev noted that a person should pay a fine no later than 15 days after the order of its imposition, in accordance with Article 307 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Whereas in the case of appeal, the ruling - no later than 15 days after the report of leaving the complaint without satisfaction.

In addition, he said that in accordance with Article 308 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, in case of non -payment of a fine within the prescribed period, the decision on imposing a fine is sent for enforcement to the body of the state executive service at the place of residence of the person, work or at the location of his property in accordance with the procedure established by law.

"In the order of enforcement of the resolution on the recovery of a fine for committing an administrative offense from the offender, the double amount of the fine, specified in the relevant article of this Code and specified in the resolution on recovery of the fine," - added Maxim Kiselev.
