The Russian Defense Ministry stated that Ukraine had been attacked by two regions of the Russian Federation to the Russian drones. At the same time, the work of the air defense did not save five settlements in the Kursk region. On the night of September 29, eleven drones were beaten in Russia. The hostile Ministry of Defense was accused of attacking Ukraine. This was known from the publication of the press service on social networks.

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation declared "termination" attempts allegedly Ukrainian forces "to carry out a terrorist attack of UAV" in the territory of the aggressor country. "The next air defense agents destroyed eleven Ukrainian unmanned aircraft, one of them above the territory of Kaluga region and ten over the Kursk," - informed in the Russian Ministry.

At 4:50 the governor of Kursk region of the Russian Federation Roman Starovoit reported about the work of air defense forces in the region. "I ask the residents to keep peace," he wrote. Later, the official stated that one of the allegedly Ukrainian drones managed to drop two explosive devices into a local substation. "One of the transformers has erupted. Five settlements and hospital were deactivated," he informed.

Starovoit assured that firefighters left and work on the restoration of power supply will begin when it is safe. The governor of the region also confirmed that the air defense forces had knocked down ten UAVs. He also accused Ukraine of attack.
