Journalists estimated that the most recent promises of the Kremlin head - 4. 5 trillion rubles for the modernization of communal infrastructure and 1 trillion rubles for the construction, repair and equipment of medical institutions. In preparing the population for the upcoming presidential elections, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the allocation of considerable funds in the amount of several trillion rubles for additional state support.

This will be aimed at various measures, including tax benefits for families with children and additional appropriations for regions with low birth rates. In his appeal to legislators and other representatives of the Russian elite, President Putin was not ashamed to make promises that cover virtually all spheres of life. He voiced a wide range of support measures, offering initiatives aimed at improving various aspects of public life.

The journalists also noted that the initiative already voiced by him and Russian officials pull more than 10 trillion rubles. (about $ 110 billion). Among the most expendable points, voiced by President Putin, are two main cost items: 4. 5 trillion rubles for the modernization of communal infrastructure and 1 trillion rubles for construction, repair and equipment of hospitals and polyclinics.

In addition, President Putin has promised to allocate another 700 billion rubles by a number of key initiatives: the continuation of the mother capital by 2030 will require additional costs of 600 billion rubles. Putin also ordered to write off two -thirds of the debt of the regions on budget loans. This step, according to it, will allow the regions to save about 200 billion rubles annually from 2025 to 2028.

However, for the federal budget, this will lead to a loss of income of 800 billion rubles in four years. The amount of costs for such measures as the continuation by 2030 of the preferential family mortgage, increasing tax deductions for families with children, raising the minimum wage, the Russian authorities have not yet voiced.
