On Wednesday, September 14, Russian troops fired at Avdiivka and struck Kramatorsk. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Pavel Kirilenko stated on Telegram that in Avdiivka again massive artobstil in the morning was hit by the old and central parts of the city.
