The right of the Father, who leads pity correspondence with Moscow, was in the hands of law enforcement agencies that because of his property he cannot go to Russia so far. On March 24, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine published the news of the detention of the clergyman who tried to enter Kiev with an invalid passport and a correspondence with representatives of the Russian Federation, where he complained that the property did not allow him to leave Ukraine.
